DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on Personal Data Protection, EUROFINS MEGALAB S.A. informs users that the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchase will become part of the customer processing activity, for the purpose of processing requests, purchases and customer/user procedures.
During the purchase process you must identify yourself with the user name and password provided or fill in the basic form which you must complete in full. These data will not be made public. You are responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly your credentials (username and password) obtained in the registration as a customer of the Portal, not being able to transfer them to another. Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the same by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of making the purchase, please contact EUROFINS MEGALAB S.A. by calling the customer service telephone number 900 100 007 or by sending an e-mail to ventaonline@megalab.es.
Once the product or service has been purchased, the user will receive the corresponding invoice. In any case, you can request the invoice to ventaonline@megalab.es.
As long as you do not inform us to the contrary, we will understand that your data have not been modified, so you undertake to notify us of any variation and that we therefore have the consent to use them in order to be able to communicate new offers and services derived from our activity or related to our products or services.
EUROFINS MEGALAB S.A. informs you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to processing by writing to the postal address located at Calle Valderribas, 71 - 28007 Madrid, registered in the Reg. Mer. De Madrid: Section 8, Volume 4321, Folio 127, Page M-71699 and inscription 40, or by email to ventaonline@megalab.esThe applicant must provide proof of identity by means of a photocopy of their DNI/NIE or equivalent.
